·2023-5-19APPLE PIE PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS😍🍎 There’s just something about waking up in the morning and already having breakfast prepped and ready to eat🙌🏻 These overnight oats taste like apple pie, are full of protein, fiber, and are superrr easy to make! Recipe: Apple Pie Topping: -1-2 apples chopped, I like to use honeycrisp but any apples will work -1 cup chopped pecans -1-2 tbsp maple syrup -1 tsp vanilla -dash of cinnamon Overnight Oats: -2 cup rolled oats -2 cups plant based milk -1 scoop vanilla protein powder -2 tbsp chia seeds -dash of cinnamon How to: -to a skillet add all apple pie topping ingredients, mix well and heat on stovetop over low-medium for about 10-15min or until apples are tender -to a large bowl add all overnight oats ingredients and stir well -pour oat mixture into glass sealed container or evenly divide into mason jars -once apples are done cooking pour mixture on top of overnight oats, let cool for a few minutes before sealing container -store in fridge for 3-4days -I like to top mine with my favorite plant based yogurt! The star ingredient in this recipe is the grass-fed gelatin powder which helps support gut, digestion, joint, skin, nails, and hair health🙌🏻 Recipe: -1 cup water, divided -3 tbsp gelatin powder, I used @perfectsupplements -1/2 cup honey -1tbsp vanilla How to: -add 1/2 cup water to large bowl -sprinkle the gelatin powder overtop and let sit for a few minutes -add 1/2 cup water and honey to small saucepan, heat on low heat for 3min -using a hand held mixer or stand mixer, start to mixed the gelatin powder on low speed -slowly pour in the honey mixture to gelatin mixture -add vanilla extract -turn the speed of the mixer on high and beat for 8-10min, it should start to turn into a thick, glossy marshmallow fluff -once done mixing quickly pour the marshmallow fluff into a baking dish lined with parchment paper (work quickly here so the marshmallow doesn’t get tacky) -place in fridge for 4 hours or overnight -cut into cubes and enjoy! It includes some roasted sweet potatoes and tossed in my favorite homemade maple dressing! Recipe: -1 egg -1 cup almond flour -2/3 cup almond butter, or any nut butter (+ extra for filling) -6 tbsp maple syrup -6 tbsp cacao powder -2 tsp baking soda -1/2 cup chocolate chips -flaky salt to top (optional) How to:

·1-1REESE’S COOKIE DOUGH HEARTS🤎 These no bake chocolate covered hearts are a combo of my two favorite sweet treats: Reese’s cups and cookie dough🤤 The inside is soft and chewy covered with a chocolate shell… I’m already planning on making a second batch because these didn’t last a day in my house. Recipe: Cookie dough: -1 1/2 cup oat flour -1 cup nut butter -4-5 tbsp honey or maple syrup -2 tbsp coconut oil, melted -1 tsp vanilla -dash of salt -handful of chocolate chips Chocolate shell: -1 chocolate bar (or 1 cup chocolate chips)+ 1 tsp coconut oil for melting How to: -to a bowl add all cookie dough ingredients and combine well until a dough forms -place dough on a sheet of parchment paper and cover with another piece of parchment paper -roll out dough (I used a glass) about 1 inch thick, don’t make it too thin -cut out heart shapes and line a baking sheet with leftover parchment paper -place hearts on baking sheet and freeze for 10-15min to set -while hearts on setting melt your chocolate -remove baking sheet from freezer and dip/coat hearts with melted chocolate -place back on baking sheet and freeze for at least one hour -take out of freezer and let thaw for a few minutes, enjoy right away and store leftovers in freezer Let me know if you try these!!🥰 #valentinesday #valentinesdayrecipe #easyhealthyrecipes #healthyrecipes #glutenfreerecipes #dairyfreerecipes #healthycookiedough

·2-33 INGREDIENT NO BAKE CHOCOLATE PIE🍫 My fiancé and I made this pie over the weekend and I think it might be our favorite dessert so far…. I know BOLD statement but it was thattttt good. It’s gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free and no you can’t taste the sweet potatoes🤭 It has a creamy chocolate ganache topping and a melt in your mouth center… I’m obsessed and can’t wait for you guys to try it! Recipe: -2 large sweet potatoes -1 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil for melting Ganache topping: -1 cup dark chocolate -1/2 cup canned coconut cream or milk, add more if needed How to: -place whole sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, pierce with fork and bake sweet potatoes on 425F for at least 45min or until they are super soft -while sweet potatoes are cooking, melt 1 cup dark chocolate chips + coconut oil in microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir and heat for another 30 seconds until chocolate is melted -once the potatoes are done, take them out of the oven and the skin should come right off -add sweet potatoes and melted chocolate to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth and creamy -pour sweet potato mixture into a springform cake pan, place in fridge for a few minutes to set -to make your ganache topping; heat the chocolate chips and coconut cream in a double boiler over low-medium heat, stirring every few minutes until chocolate is creamy, immediately pour ganache on top on sweet potato mixture and spread evenly -place in fridge overnight and enjoy!!
