Once I started doing everything I could to skyrocket my reproductive hormones and boost my metabolism this health and fitness part of my life ceased to require any attention at all. I was eating a ridiculous amount of food, getting crazy strong in the gym, packing on muscle mass, getting leaner at the same time, and my energy became that of my teenage self at damn near 30 years old. I don’t think I need to tell you why you want more testosterone. But think of DHT as testosterone’s big brother. It’s the reason you have facial hair, a deep voice, and can even make you grow taller because of its effect on bone growth. This makes muscle gain effortless, and turns you into a gentle giant. Like the great dane that could tear your head off but loves everyone around him. Testosterone is more like a yappy chihuahua that will bite you for breathing weird. This is why men who are on TRT become emotional little bitches and freak out over the most ridiculous shit. T3 is thyroid hormone. Your thyroid controls your metabolism, but also your energy and vitality. Your mood and your focus. If your thyroid is functioning higher than wiz khalifa, you couldn’t possibly over eat because your metabolism is burning up so many calories. If you focus on strength primarily, you will only build lean mass, there won’t be anything leftover to add fat mass. Meaning you appear leaner and more muscular over time. This is how you look better and better and better from beginning to end of a bulk, and the only reason you’ll cut is because you’re so exhausted from eating so many calories every day. not sure if you can tell
 but in the first video I was in the midst of one of the most stressful times in my entire life. Self inflicted too. Yes, I was dick skin shredded, but my anxiety was through the roof, I was exhausted 24/7, I couldn’t think straight, and I was making the most ridiculous short sighted decisions you could ever imagine. Literally living as if I was going to die tomorrow. I could not see past 24 hours. Living paycheck to paycheck and not even trying to come up with a plan to better my financial or life situation. I accredit this largely to the foods I was eating at the time, and the lifestyle decisions I had been making. -Neglecting sleep -Eating mainly processed and inorganic foods -Drinking/smoking profusely -Making decisions that inevitably lead to stress -Only working out 1-2 times a week -Relying on other people to take care of me I simply wasn’t treating myself like someone I was responsible for. It wasn’t until the end of that year that I finally decided to get my shit together. I picked a bedtime. I stopped eating processed foods but also stopped eating chicken, rice and veggies. I started eating red meat, eggs, fruit, honey, and taking supplements that would improve my hormonal health. I stopped drinking and smoking entirely, and I started focusing on where I wanted to be and started taking massive action in that direction. I never thought manifestation was legit until this time
 because opportunities started falling directly into my lap. I started building muscle and losing fat at the same time, and eventually got the most lean, muscular and heavy I had ever been. I could think straight, and suddenly, my shitty life didn’t seem so bad. I had a better outlook on life, and it’s only been uphill from there. I challenge you to feed and care for yourself like your future son, or as if you were building a superhuman for the next 30-90 days. My guess is you will have the most rapid growth you’ve ever experienced to date, just as I did. more rest days than lifting days, lots of sugar and carbs, no cardio, no ice baths, no obsessive calorie counting, and i rarely get 10K steps I’m not thinking about “doing a diet” or “doing a workout plan”

two months prior to the first video, I looked rather mediocre
 I had been training for 3 years at that point and i put on like 30 pounds but i still looked skinny as hell and you would never have been able to tell I put on any muscle. The truth is I was just winging it. Doing what thought would work and not listening to people shouting from the rooftops that you need to count calories, you need to build strength, you need to track your lifts. But what’s crazy is all the stuff I was listening to that was just plain wrong. People would say stuff like
 đŸ€Ą You have to do cardio to lose fat đŸ€Ą Workout at least 5 days a week đŸ€Ą All that matters is calories in vs calories out đŸ€Ą Drink a gallon of water a day for peak hydration đŸ€Ą You only have high testosterone when you’re younger and it drops rapidly after 30 đŸ€Ą Steroids are the only way to get huge I can go on for days. This was a decade ago and they spewed all this trash that is still widespread and accepted as truth today. All I can tell you is my physique really blew up when I started training 3 days a week max, I stopped doing deliberate cardio, I stopped treating every calorie equally, I stopped poisoning my body by putting chemicals on my skin or putting chemicals in my mouth, and I started taking care of myself like someone I was responsible for. Quit the gimmicks and just do the stuff that has always worked. Civilized or not, you’re still an animal, so live as close to a wild animal as you can in terms of diet and your living conditions and hack your physique to where you want it to be with strength training 3x per week. MWF is the best schedule because you get weekends off. believe me, there’s gonna be a day when you look in the mirror and your shoulders are popping like you’re a god damn action figure. It’s a monumental realization, and once it happens, you’ll never want to give up that feeling again. For most guys, this happens when you get to the point where you never touch dumbbells that are lighter than 35 lbs on lateral raises. quit celebrating for nothing every weekend and start allocating that time and money you spend on useless shit you won’t even remember in 2 weeks on something that’s actually going to level up your life. you can’t get rich pinching pennies and you can’t rely on eating less and less food in order to get lean. Who the fuck wants to eat a bunch of bland ass chicken breast and veggies all day just to have a six pack? It’s not worth it. The same way need to focus on increasing your income to attain wealth

my leg/foot is numb as i write this 5 days later Aside from throbbing sciatica (pain emanating from the sciatic nerve which runs from the lower back down the back of the leg into the foot) I’ve also lost the ability to dorsiflex my foot (flex my ankle upwards to bring my toe up) as I regularly would. Which has made walking challenging, and downright irritating. This is a condition called “foot drop” and indicates damage or pinching of the peroneal nerve which stems off the sciatic nerve. After speaking with multiple people who have gone thru a similar experience, seeing a chiropractor, and even scouring the internet for hours on end until 5am some nights trying to figure out what’s wrong with me
 It would not be outlandish to think i have herniated a disc or multiple discs in my lower back. What’s certain is that I am definitely dealing with a pinched nerve which is why I have the sciatica and foot drop. Most people would be freaking the fuck out right now in my position, and I won’t act like I was not initially worried. But I am not getting surgery, I am not about to spend months going through physical therapy, and I am actually not even going to stop training. I train 3x per week. MWF. This happened on Wednesday. I took Friday off, and went back to the gym on Monday. This is not medical advice. I am not a doctor, and I am not recommending you to do what I’m talking about here. I am just explaining that my recovery will take as long as I want it to. A herniated disc could be a lifelong battle with multiple back fusion surgeries and chronic back pain and sciatica if i want it to be. It could take me 6 months or a year to recover if I want to take that long. Or it could take me 30-60 days. I don’t care what diagnosis I would get from a physician
 a herniated/bulging disc, spinal stenosis or anything else regarding my lumbar spine. Your body can heal from anything. As crazy as this is to say, I am going to recover from this injury by deadlifting and carrying on with my life. I’ll keep you all updated as time goes on. One of these diets supports optimal hormonal balance and the other creates hormonal imbalance. The main difference between the two is the micronutrients. 100% Grassfed Beef is far superior to even Pasture Raised chicken in terms of the micronutrient profile. It pains me to say this as a guy who grew up on chicken thighs 😔 Rice is overrated. Brown rice has a higher arsenic content than white rice but it also has polyunsaturated fats which create oxidative damage in the body. This is what create inflammation and even bloating. But grains like oats or rice also have phytic acid and other antinutrients which strip your body of the micronutrients necessary for hormonal balance, but also makes trace minerals and amino acids less bioavailable in your body. Same deal with peanuts, and most other nuts. By the way, PEANUT BUTTER IS NOT A HIGH PROTEIN FOOD. It’s a high fat food, and high in polyunsaturated fats, which again isn’t the type of fats that you want. Besides macadamia nuts, tiger nuts and brazil nuts which promote proper hormone function, you’d be better off steering clear of having nuts in your diet at all. Peanuts are technically a legume anyway. People have obviously eaten these for thousands of years and survived, but if you want optimal hormonal health
 It’d be wiser to cut these out. Stick to 100% grassfed red meat and A2 dairy, organic fruits, honey, royal jelly and bee pollen all of which are rich in micronutrients. Eating like this will boost your testosterone, your thyroid hormones, and all the other hormones associated with muscle growth fat loss, energy vitality, sexual health, mental health, brainpower, and more. This won’t make you jacked alone, but it will fuel the fire of a solid workout and nutrition plan. stop babying your shoulders unless you want to set yourself up for a life of pain and misery. You’ll be anticipating an injury for the rest of your life which makes it 10x more likely to happen. Your best bet is to put your body in weak positions and build strength in those positions with the fullest range of motion. This does not mean train through PAIN. There’s a difference between good stress and bad stress. You want the good stress. I seaparated my shoulder playing hockey when i was younger and had all sorts of shoulder issues and injuries when I was first lifting because I was only doing the safe movements or NOT doing shoulder movements all together. Now i have no shoulder issues whatsoever, and I can do weighted dips with 160 pounds hanging off my dick. Exercises like weighted dips and behind the neck OHP are the ultimate mobility exercises.
