I know its frustrating to put in the work and not see the results you expect. Maybe you just have to check three points why your workouts might not be getting you your results: * LACK OF PROPER NUTRITION: * Exercise and diet are inextricably linked. Remember Nutrition holds the big chunk. So If you're trying to lose weight, you need to be in a healthy calorie deficit (consuming fewer calories than you burn). If you're trying to build muscle, you need to consume enough protein and calories to support muscle growth.. AND NO CALORIES ARE NOT EQUAL IN QUALITY! Even if your calories are correct the quality of the calories also matters! Meaning, processed foods, and high sugar foods will hinder progress. * LACK OF RECOVERY & SLEEP * Muscles don't grow during workouts; they grow during rest. OMG maybe this could be the reason why. when you are Not getting enough sleep, it can also hinder muscle recovery and hormone production. Over-training without adequate rest can lead to fatigue, injury, and decreased performance.. And remember! Stress management is also a key component of recovery. High levels of stress can produce excess cortisol, which can hinder progress. SO WHY ISNT IT WORKING??? check your approach! if you're doing well in fitness then you should put equal effort in your NUTRITION & RECOVERY.
