Keeping it simple makes life easier. You donât have to eat gourmet to lose weight. Finishing your portion at a restaurant: You donât have to leave half your meal behind to be âgood.â If youâre still hungry finish it. If youâre full take it home. Forcing yourself to stop just because it seems âhealthierâ just leads to feeling restricted and overeating later. Prioritizing convenience: Not every meal needs to be homemade and aesthetic. Having easy, quick, and prepped food ready to go is what keeps you consistent. The fewer obstacles between you and eating the better!! Loving food: I used to think I had to hate food to lose weight⊠like the goal was to feel nothing for it. But food isnât the enemy. Youâre allowed to enjoy it, and you donât have to earn it. Taking pictures of your food: It might sound weird, but it can actually make you more mindful of what and how youâre eating. Plus itâs cool to look back and see how your habits change over time!!
