As we're heading into 2025, I want you to forget everything you know about quick fixes and crash diets. They don't work, we all know it deep down. That's exactly why I created Project 180. It's different because it's real. It meets you exactly where you are and helps you build lasting change, one small step at a time, nothing drastic. This is a 6 month journey to transform your relationship with food, movement, and yourself. No restrictive diets. No guilt. No "new year, new you" pressure. What's included: ‱ Personalized nutrition guide & meal plans ‱ Custom workout program (gym or home) ‱ 24/7 coach support through our app ‱ Weekly check-ins ‱ Monthly mini challenges with prizes ‱ Habit tracking system ‱ Monthly empowerment calls ‱ & more!! This isn't another quick fix. This is about creating lasting change one day at a time. Because you deserve more than another cycle of disappointment. If you’re ready to make your 180, the link is in my biođŸ€

Things we need to normalize on a weight loss journey: Eating boring food: Sometimes you just don’t have the energy to make a boujee meal, and that’s okay!! Keeping it simple makes life easier. You don’t have to eat gourmet to lose weight. Finishing your portion at a restaurant: You don’t have to leave half your meal behind to be “good.” If you’re still hungry finish it. If you’re full take it home. Forcing yourself to stop just because it seems “healthier” just leads to feeling restricted and overeating later. Prioritizing convenience: Not every meal needs to be homemade and aesthetic. Having easy, quick, and prepped food ready to go is what keeps you consistent. The fewer obstacles between you and eating the better!! Loving food: I used to think I had to hate food to lose weight
like the goal was to feel nothing for it. But food isn’t the enemy. You’re allowed to enjoy it, and you don’t have to earn it. Taking pictures of your food: It might sound weird, but it can actually make you more mindful of what and how you’re eating. Plus it’s cool to look back and see how your habits change over time!! Weight loss isn’t about following a bunch of rules
it’s about finding what works for YOU! If any of these things help you stay consistent, then they’re valid. No guilt, no overthinking, just doing what makes the journey sustainable is key!!

I still struggle with this everyday especially seeing my body after weight loss, but I have come so far!! Comparison is the thief of joy. Your worth is not in your body. Your worth is in your smile, your heart, the way your eyes light up when you see your favorite person, and the way you laugh. You are enough ♄
