You too can get this “umami” flavor in a simple but so”fish”ticated dish that you could call a hap”pea” meal. So here is the deal: Dashi broth from concentrate infused with mint leaves, raw salmon sliced into very thin ribbons, pea sprouts, sliced snap peas, sliced scallions, place cooked pasta in bowl, too with pea sprouts, ribbons of salmon, and snap peas.
