Creamy Pasta Salad served with BBQ Wings 😋 Creamy Pasta Salad: • 1 and 1/2 cups of cooked pasta • 1/3 cup of red onions • 1/3 cup of thinly chopped carrot strips • 1/3 cup of diced tomatoes • 1/3 cup of cucumbers • 1/3 cup of spring onion • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise @nolamayonnaise • 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce @wellingtonssauces • 1/2 teaspoon each of pasta spice @inapaarmanskitchen , @aromat_sa and cajun spice @woolworths_sa • 1 teaspoon of dry parsley Method: Mix together all the above mentioned ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate at least four hours before serving. Add more Aromat/Pasta spice if it less salty for your liking. Wings: Rinse your wings and pat dry them. In a large bowl, season them with bbq spice (I used @nyama_choma_spices ) you can use any bbq spice and a little bit of oil and mix them until well combined. Airfry until they are golden brown on both sides. Once the wings are done cooking, coat them with a bbq marinate @jimmysaucessa coat evenly and air fry them again for about 5 mins and SERVE Enjoy 😘 Please note: You can still add bell peppers or cubed cheese on this pasta salad _____

#SCGS Gatsby Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts, skin removed 3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM 1 tsp Black pepper 1 l Oil for frying 1 cup sliced Red, green and yellow peppers ¼ cup BBQ Sauce 2 large Potatoes, peeled and sliced into chips handful shredded Lettuce ½ Tomato, sliced 1 long roll (eg French loaf of baguette), sliced open but with back intact 2 Tbsp Burger sauce ¼ Red onion, thinly sliced Method: In a bowl, coat the chicken breasts with 2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and the black pepper. In a pan, heat 3 Tbsp oil over medium heat and fry the chicken breasts until golden-brown, 3-4 minutes on each side. Add the peppers and cook for 6 minutes. Add the BBQ sauce, mix through and set aside. Season the potato chips with the remaining Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM . In a separate, deep pan, heat the remaining oil and fry the chips until golden-brown, about 20 minutes. Place the lettuce and sliced tomato on the bottom half of the roll. Top with the chicken mixture, chips, burger sauce and red onion. Cover with the other half of the roll.@Seven Colours Grill Seasoning

Lunch is SERVED… 🤤 Before you ask, let me break it down to you quick. This is a normal chakalaka salad, I just didn’t grate my carrots. For my pasta salad, I added tuna, red onions, a bit of finely chopped red chilli (optional), cheese, aromat (not salt), black pepper, Prego sauce, tangy mayonnaise and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. This was very delicious 🤌🏾 For my sweet potatoes, I didn’t change the recipe, used the old yummy recipe. I just cooked it with the skin to that beautiful color.

Cook Sunday Lunch with me… _____ Beef stew is cooked with onions, garlic, curry paste, @sevencoloursgrill, bbq spice, bay leaves and tomato paste. Cooked until it was tender. Dumpling/Dombolo/Ujeqe (whatever you call it 😊) I have the recipe on my highlights and if you scroll down on my reels, you’ll find the video. I still cook my hubbard squash/pumpkin the old fashioned way, I don’t even add cinnamon to it. Margarine (not butter), pinch of salt, sugar and cook on a very low heat. Remember, NO WATER TO BE ADDED, okay? On my spinach, I just fried onions with mild @rajahsouthafrica added diced tomatoes, spinach and @aromat_sa not salt For the broccoli salad, everything is raw. I added @aromat_sa not salt, white pepper, black pepper, tangy mayonnaise and sweet chillie sauce. _____ Unfortunately I don’t have measurements 😅 I measured with my eyes. What better way to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a scrumptious, homemade dish that’s sure to warm both hearts and bellies? SCGS Barbeque Mince and Potato Pies, a perfect blend of savoury mince and potatoes, all wrapped up in a golden, flaky crust. #SCGS Barbeque Mince and Potato Pies Ingredients: 1 Tbsp Oil 1 Onion, diced 1 tsp Curry powder 500 g Ground beef 1 medium Potato, peeled and diced into small cubes 2 Tbsp Seven Colours SeasoningTM 4 Tbsp Barbeque sauce 1 x 400 g roll Puff pastry 1 Egg, beaten Method: Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and curry powder and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the ground beef, potatoes and Seven Colours SeasoningTM. Cook on very low heat until the potatoes have softened. Add the barbeque sauce. Remove from heat and let cool completely. Preheat oven to 180 °C. Roll out the pastry and cut it into 4 equal rectangular pieces. Spoon some beef and potato mixture onto one half of each pastry piece. Fold the other half over the filling, sealing the edges. Cut small slits in the top to release the steam. Brush with the beaten egg. Bake until the crust is golden brown, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with SCGS Balsamic green beans with mushroom salad @Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
