Mobility breakdown ⤵️ - Rather than spend a ton of time before or after a workout doing a whole routine, which isn’t practical for most, I like to incorporate certain exercises into my existing routine. I do this for myself and all my clients. It allows us to move easier and start to work towards greater mobility without having to dediate so much time. - After doing this for some time your goals might change and it could be a good idea to start building out an entire day or routine to working in flexibility mobility and functionality. - When you first start get good at a few exercises and movements then switch it up or make it harder by adding some variation. - Movement is literally 🔑 - Work smarter not harder.
