In the track, which fans expect to be on Wallen‘s forthcoming studio album, the singer/songwriter reflects on the shortcomings in his life, and how learning of them might impact his child’s view of him in the future. The post, which came without a caption, seems to show Wallen working on lyrics for an upcoming song. The majority of the screen is blurred out, but there are a few words we can see, and that alone has us excited. Country music superstar Eric Church brought a packed Ryman auditorium to tears in the middle of Thursday afternoon after debuting a brand new song inspired by the 2024 tragedy at covenant school in Nashville. According to church, he was taking his sons to school the following day when he found himself sitting in the parking lot, trying to make sense of the chaos around him. On the way home, he heard the devil went down to Georgia, and thought about how great it would be if Johnny could beat the devil once again.
