3 Movement Patterns To Do Daily ✅ When we think of “exercises” we may overthink what to do When we’re busy overthinking we don’t take any action Without action we won’t feel what it’s like to move our body in a way that is healthy and sustainable That feel good energy we get from moving our body is addicting! So make sure to take note of the movement PATTERNS I’m showing in this video! If you want to simplify your exercise then simply learn the patterns humans move in and get strong in them with good form! A pattern of movement is something we can directly relate to through daily living experience. Exercises, on the other hand, can be emotionally triggering and confusing. Why? Because you’ve probably followed along to SO many exercises in the past through the media, a local gym class, or a trainer. And NONE OF IT STUCK WITH YOU. All these years later you still haven’t been consistent to those “exercises” So why continue trying these exercise methods that you’ve failed in? It’s time to begin fresh in a simplified way.
