·6d ago This is not a matter if “maybe”, this is “If” you do these you will eventually have enough strength to hold your front lever strong and clean form. What are we working on here?… 1- Straight arm strength 2- Core strength 3- Lats 4- Static strength 5- Static-Dynamic strength 6- Mind & Muscle connection If you are no where near even being able to perform these progression exercises, understand that there are always regresssion exercises to these 4 progression exercises. Example: The #1 exercises here… If you can’t do an advanced tuck front lever raises, you can first simply get into the proper position and hold a static position for as long as you can. Eventually you will be strong enough to raise your body a little higher. From there we can just keep working on that straight arm strength that will eventually allow you to progress into a full raise all the way up. There are LEVELS to this.
