·2023-11-17Low Carb Bread lasagna. Make this to get lean. I’ve been on a lower carb diet lately and I’m not gonna lie I feel amazing. At the beginning I dropped a ton of water weight. Skin looks tighter and I’m moving better. By dropping my carbs to 120g per day I was able to increase my fats to 120g per day. Which definitely gave my hormones a boost as well. My static exercise like the planche was “OKAY” Once I combined weights and understood how to properly execute movements involving weights to help be get stronger with body weight, my strength increased drastically. ·6d ago The decline bench is just not always available. If you go to the gym you know the decline bench is not always available, and a lot of gyms don’t even have them. I do bench. But honestly, these felt so freaking good. Constant tension on the chest, and the band just adds a little extra stabilization. ·1w ago I always wanted to be more explosive with my pushing, so I stopped training like everyone else and started implementing specific calisthenics movements to actually help me achieve that goal. These 3 exercises will guarantee that you can do explosive and cool calisthenics skills like the “Behind the back clap pushups.” I can’t make you do these.
