Give this recipe a try and make mushrooms the hero of your next Weber cook-up this Summer 🌟😎 Ingredients; - 4 Portobello Mushrooms - CheatMeats All Purpose Rub - Olive Oil - 200g middle streaky bacon - 4 whole eggs - 4 slices of burger cheese - 4 brioche burger buns - Tomato Sauce Method; 1. Flip the Portobello Mushrooms upside down on a chopping board and drizzle with olive oil. 2. Apply a light layer of CheatMeats All Purpose Seasoning over the top. 3. Pre-heat your Weber Q to high and close the lid. 4. Add the mushroom to the Weber Q to grill. 5. Add the streaky bacon to the Weber Q next to the mushrooms and close the lid. 6. After 5 minutes flip the bacon and allow to crisp up then remove. 7. Add a pan to the Weber Q and allow to preheat for 5 minutes. 8. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan and crack 4 eggs in to the pan to fry. 9. Flip the softened mushrooms over and place a slice of burger cheese on top to melt. 10. Toast the brioche burger buns on the grill. 11. Remove everything from the grill ready to assemble. 12. Add tomato sauce to the base, bacon, grilled whole mushrooms with cheese and a fried egg. 13. Brioche buns Ingredients: - 1 cup warm milk - 8 g yeast - 8 g granulated sugar - 560 g bread flour - 23 g granulated sugar - 8 g salt - 4 eggs - 100 g softened butter (1 stick) Method: 1. In a jug, combine the warm milk, 8 g sugar, and yeast. Stir the mixture and let it sit for 5 minutes or until foam forms on top. 2. In a stand mixer, add the dry ingredients: flour, salt, and 23 g sugar. Stir the dry ingredients briefly, then pour in the yeast mixture and turn the mixer on. 3. Mix for 1-2 minutes, then add the 4 eggs. Continue mixing until the eggs are well incorporated. Add the softened butter and mix until fully incorporated, ensuring the dough becomes elastic and smooth. 4. Allow the dough to proof until it doubles in size. 5. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). 6. Lightly flour your work surface, then cut the dough into equal pieces and shape them into balls. 7. Place the buns on a greased baking tray and let them proof for an additional 10-15 minutes. After proofing, brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired. 8. Classic Sausage Roll Recipe Ingredients: - Puff Pastry - 1kg Beef Mince - 2 Garlic Cloves - 2 Onions - 1 Carrot - 1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs - All Purpose Seasoning - 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder - Tomato Sauce - Barbecue Sauce - Sesame Seeds (Optional) Instructions: 1. Mince garlic, grate onions and carrot. Drain excess moisture with paper towels. 2. Mix beef mince, garlic, onion, carrot, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. 3. Season with 2 tbsp each of All Purpose Seasoning, sauce, and barbecue sauce. Mix well. 4. Cut puff pastry sheets in half. Shape the meat mixture into a 2.5cm wide cylinder and place on a pastry half. 5. Roll the pastry over the meat, ensuring a 1cm overlap. Place seam-side down. 6.
