I'll spare y'all the details but a few months ago I decided to leave my record deal and do this thing on my own. I appreciate the love and songs Broken Bow and I did together. We had a lot of fun, and had two number 1's. I made friends and met people that will always be a positive influence in my life. But now it's time for me to ride this crazy roller coaster we call the music industry by myself. Rollin the dice and continuing to focus on the only thing that matters to me anymore as far as work goes, and that's just real fuckin songs. Here's one I wrote in North Carolina that explains it all for me. I'm thinkin this is gonna be the title track of my next album and I hope y'all love the truth in it. Guess now it's on me, if I go down at least I go down singin'🤘🏼

Perfect time of year for this one. I know it's not legal to hunt in Arkansas on Christmas Day anymore but some of my best memories were being duck blind with my brother on Christmas morning in Carolina. Can't wait to do it again this week🦆
