Women who workout over a 40 - one hour in the gym doesnt make you an active person. We weren’t meant to sit and be inactive.

if you do use a tracking device… Comment below how many steps per day you average, as well as your total hours of inactivity per day (on average )

I hope you find these simple tips helpful :

1. Make it a goal to get between 12 and 15k steps per day
2. Use a standup desk.
3. Set an alarm to walk for five minutes every hour.
4. Use some of your TV time to do standing stretches.
5. Consider doing some work from your phone on a stationary bike
6. Consider investing in a walking pad.
7. Track your steps and inactivity daily.

Anyone relate? The fact is every female eventually will experience menopause, how you experience it relates very much to the type of exercise you do, the way you modify your diet, stress, and balance, your hormones. It doesn’t have to be an energy plumet. Does anyone know if they actually do offer hormone replacement therapy for dogs? Wouldn’t that just make so much sense?
