Anyone relate? The fact is every female eventually will experience menopause, how you experience it relates very much to the type of exercise you do, the way you modify your diet, stress, and balance, your hormones. It doesn’t have to be an energy plumet. Does anyone know if they actually do offer hormone replacement therapy for dogs? Wouldn’t that just make so much sense? Also - this is the amazing, beautiful, adorable pitbull that we are fostering at the moment. She needs a perfect forever home. For more details check out highlights on the other platform.

Drop any questions you have below. I do think every woman over 40 needs to be taking creatine on a daily basis but there are definitely some important things you need to be aware of before you do. I did a deep dive and looked at research published from 2020 through 2025 on this supplement and I’m more convinced than ever that this Supplement has made a big difference in my body composition. Do you take it? If so, how often and how much?

I was definitely a part of the problem. And now I hope to be part of the solution. When we know better, we can do better. Here’s what I did to drop the perimenopausal fluff, heal my metabolism and take control of my health after years of over exercising, under eating and beating up my body. Remember Turbo Fire, Turbo Jam, Turbo Kick? They are absolutely awesome workouts and I miss them so much. They’re great workouts and I’m not telling you to discontinue doing them, but I am suggesting that if you are no longer getting results and or if you are in perimenopause, all that high intensity craves a significant amount of inflammation and increased cortisol. i’m happy to share the pink print with you! When I share content like this I get two types of replies - “I feel seen 😝” or sheer anger 🤬 from the it’s easy to be on time folks. Studies show that people with time blindness have reduced activity in the prefrontal cortex and supplementary motor area, making it very difficult to accurately estimate the passage of time. Time blindness is a real, and I’m basically its poster child.
