·2d ago Steak & Corn Tacos on the @Ninja Kitchen FlexFlame. I was able to grill and griddle this meal with ease using the new FlexFlame 5-in-1 cooking system. The airflow of the FlexFlame cooked my skirt steak faster than normal and it was more tender than it normally is! Recipe • Marinate skirt steak for a few hours • Assemble the chimichurri: 1 bunch cilantro, 1 bunch parsley, 4 cloves minced garlic, ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, juice from 1 lemon, 1 tsp salt, pepper, red pepper flakes • Grill the skirt steak over high heat flipping it every two minutes. • Remove it once it reaches 135F internal temperature. • Add four ears of corn to the FlexFlame and grill it for five minutes. • Add tortillas down to the half griddle insert the toast them on each side until the cheese is melty. • Cut the corn from the cob then slice the skirt steak against the grain. • Assemble the tacos with slices of steak, corn and chimichurri. #SponsoredByNinja #NinjaFlexFlame

Recipe • Place fries in the air fryer per the instructions on the bag. • While the fries cook, place a sauce pot on the griddle and add queso. Cook until melted. • Add your Steak-umm Steak slices down on a hot griddle for 2-3 minutes each side. • Drizzle Japanese Barbecue sauce on top and season with a Korean BBQ rub. • Cook a diced onion for 5 minutes, until translucent. • Chop up the Steak-umm into bite size pieces then remove from the griddle. • Assemble on a plate with a bed of cooked fries, Steak-umm pieces, cooked onions, melted queso, a drizzle of sriracha mayo and top with green onions.

Recipe • Cube 1-2lbs of partially frozen ribeye then season with @trybachans Original and SPG • Make homemade yum yum sauce: 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup water, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika • Cook steak on the griddle over high heat for 5 minutes then remove when done. • Cook shrimp for 2 mins each side then remove. • Add 1 large diced onion and 1 bag of frozen peas and carrots. ·6d ago Sweet Honey Party Ribs These are perfect for a crowd and can be made in 3 hours! Recipe • Cut the pork ribs in between each bone, into individual pieces. • Coat the ribs in @Bachan’s to serve as a binder, then season the outside of each rib with salt, pepper, garlic and a light coat of BBQ rub. • Smoke the ribs at 275°F using cherry wood for 2 hours. • Once the ribs have good bark and they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, remove them from the smoker. • Place them in a foil pan with 4 tbsp of butter, ¼ cup brown sugar and a drizzle of Bachan’s Sweet Honey. • Place foil over the top then place them back on the smoker for an additional 45 minutes. • Unwrap the ribs the last 15 minutes to help the sauce tack up. • Remove the ribs once they reach an internal temperature of 200°F. • Garnish with thinly sliced green onions and some toasted sesame seeds. • Serve warm and enjoy #recipe #cooking #bbq #delicious #foodtiktok

Recipe • Cube pork belly into 1.5 x 1.5 inch cubes then brine in buttermilk, pickle juice and ¼ cup Nashville Hot Seasoning. • Remove pork belly from brine then season the outside with SPG and a light coating of BBQ rub. • Smoke the pork belly at 250°F for 3 hours using cherry or apple wood on the @Kamado Joe • Melt 1 stick of butter then add ¼ cup Nashville Hot Seasoning + 1 tbsp brown sugar and mix • Remove pork belly from the smoker then place in an aluminum foil pan then pour the butter over top of the pork belly then cover with aluminum foil. • Place the tray back on the smoker for another hour.
