French Onion Chicken 🧅 Ingredients: ‱ 4 chicken breasts or thighs ‱ 1 tsp garlic salt ‱ Âœ tsp black pepper ‱ 2 tbsp olive oil ‱ 1 tbsp beef tallow (or butter) ‱ 2 large onions, sliced ‱ 1 tbsp Brits’ Cookin’ Garlic & Herb seasoning ‱ 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar ‱ 2 cloves garlic, minced ‱ 2 tbsp flour ‱ 2 cups beef broth ‱ 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ‱ Salt & pepper to taste ‱ 1 cup shredded GruyĂšre (or mozzarella) ‱ 1 tbsp parsley, chopped Instructions: 1. Season chicken with garlic salt and black pepper, then brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, melt tallow (or butter) and cook onions with Brits’ Cookin’ Garlic & Herb seasoning until caramelized. Add balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute. 3. Stir in garlic and flour, cooking for 1–2 minutes. Slowly pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and pepper. 4. Nestle chicken back in and simmer until the gravy thickens. 5. Top with cheese and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Mardi Gras Crack🟣🟱🟡 Ingredients: ‱ 1 sleeve saltine crackers (about 35-40 crackers) ‱ 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter ‱ 1 cup dark brown sugar ‱ Pinch of salt ‱ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ‱ 12 oz white almond bark ‱ Purple, green, and gold sprinkles or edible glitter Instructions: 1. Prep the Pan – Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer. 2. Make the Toffee – In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and let it bubble for exactly 3 minutes. 3. Add Vanilla & Bake – Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and immediately pour over the crackers. Spread evenly, then bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until bubbly. 4. Melt the Almond Bark – Microwave the almond bark in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the toffee layer and spread evenly. 5. Decorate – Use a knife or toothpick to swirl patterns into the chocolate if desired. When almost set, sprinkle with purple, green, and gold glitter or sprinkles. 6. I love the spinach and feta meatballs from Sam’s, so I had to recreate them at home—y’all, these turned out so good! Served them over rice with tzatziki, and it was chef’s kiss! Ingredients: ‱ 1 lb ground chicken ‱ ÂŒ cup breadcrumbs ‱ 1 tbsp Kinder’s Greek seasoning (or sub with the following:) ‱ Âœ tsp dried oregano ‱ Âœ tsp salt ‱ ÂŒ tsp black pepper ‱ ÂŒ tsp garlic powder ‱ ÂŒ tsp onion powder ‱ 6 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-strained ‱ Âœ cup crumbled feta ‱ 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped ‱ ÂŒ cup diced onion ‱ 1 tbsp minced garlic ‱ 1 egg Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, seasonings, spinach, feta, parsley, onion, garlic, and egg until well combined. 3. Form into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. 5. How to cook rice!! 🍚 đŸŒŸ Forget the measuring cup—you don’t need it. Grab a pot with a lid (a 2-quart one works great). 1. Add rice to the pot, about ÂŒ of the way full. 2. Rinse it a few times until the water runs almost clear. 3. Flatten the rice, then use your fingertip to measure the water—when it reaches your first knuckle, you’re good. 4. Set the pot on medium heat, add a teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of butter. 5. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat, cover it, and don’t lift the lid. 6. Let it cook for 15 minutes, then fluff and serve. Works every time with medium or long-grain rice!

Ingredients: ‱ 3 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces ‱ Drizzle of olive oil ‱ 1 tbsp Montreal chicken seasoning ‱ ÂŒ cup grated parmesan ‱ 1 tbsp garlic powder ‱ 1 tsp paprika ‱ Âœ tbsp BritsCookin Cajun seasoning ‱ 1/4 cup mayo (optional, for juicier chicken) Garlic Butter: ‱ 8 tbsp salted butter, melted ‱ 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped ‱ 2 cloves garlic, minced ‱ 2 tbsp grated parmesan ‱ 1 tsp black pepper ‱ 1 tsp garlic salt Instructions: 1. In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and Brits Cookin Cajun seasoning. If using, mix in the mayo for extra juiciness. 2. Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers. 3. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. 4. While the chicken is cooking, mix the garlic butter ingredients together. 5. After 10 minutes, baste the chicken with garlic butter, flip the skewers, and cook for another 10 minutes. 6. Once done, brush on more garlic butter, sprinkle with shredded parmesan, and serve.

Crawfish Monica! 🩞 Ingredients: ‱ 1 yellow bell pepper, chopped ‱ 1 small onion, chopped ‱ 1/4 cup green onion tops, sliced ‱ 1 stick (8 tbsp) butter ‱ 1 tbsp BritsCookin’ Cajun Seasoning (or to taste) ‱ 3 cloves garlic, minced ‱ 1/2 cup white wine (Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio recommended) ‱ 2 cups half-and-half ‱ 1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Lobster Base ‱ 1 lb Louisiana crawfish tails (or shrimp) ‱ 1 tsp BritsCookin’ Garlic & Herb Seasoning ‱ 1 lb rotini pasta, cooked ‱ 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese ‱ 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley ‱ Hot French bread, for serving Instructions: 1. Chop the yellow bell pepper, onion, and green onion tops. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the veggies and sautĂ© until tender. 3. Season with BritsCookin’ Cajun Seasoning, then add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant. 4. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly. 5. Stir in the half-and-half and lobster base, mixing well. 6. Add the crawfish tails and season again with BritsCookin’ Garlic & Herb Seasoning and more Cajun seasoning to taste. 7. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add the cooked rotini pasta and stir to coat. 8. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, parsley, and extra green onions for garnish. 9. Serve hot with fresh French bread.
