Ingredients: âą 4 chicken breasts or thighs âą 1 tsp garlic salt âą Âœ tsp black pepper âą 2 tbsp olive oil âą 1 tbsp beef tallow (or butter) âą 2 large onions, sliced âą 1 tbsp Britsâ Cookinâ Garlic & Herb seasoning âą 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar âą 2 cloves garlic, minced âą 2 tbsp flour âą 2 cups beef broth âą 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce âą Salt & pepper to taste âą 1 cup shredded GruyĂšre (or mozzarella) âą 1 tbsp parsley, chopped Instructions: 1. Season chicken with garlic salt and black pepper, then brown on both sides. Remove and set aside. 2. In the same skillet, melt tallow (or butter) and cook onions with Britsâ Cookinâ Garlic & Herb seasoning until caramelized. Add balsamic vinegar and cook for another minute. 3. Stir in garlic and flour, cooking for 1â2 minutes. Slowly pour in broth and Worcestershire sauce, then season with salt and pepper. 4. Nestle chicken back in and simmer until the gravy thickens. 5. Top with cheese and bake at 400°F for 5 minutes. Prep the Pan â Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer. 2. Make the Toffee â In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, brown sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and let it bubble for exactly 3 minutes. 3. Add Vanilla & Bake â Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and immediately pour over the crackers. Spread evenly, then bake at 400°F for 4-5 minutes until bubbly. 4. Melt the Almond Bark â Microwave the almond bark in 30-second intervals until smooth. Pour over the toffee layer and spread evenly. 5. Decorate â Use a knife or toothpick to swirl patterns into the chocolate if desired. When almost set, sprinkle with purple, green, and gold glitter or sprinkles. 6. Cool & Break â Let cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Ingredients: âą 1 lb ground chicken âą ÂŒ cup breadcrumbs âą 1 tbsp Kinderâs Greek seasoning (or sub with the following:) âą Âœ tsp dried oregano âą Âœ tsp salt âą ÂŒ tsp black pepper âą ÂŒ tsp garlic powder âą ÂŒ tsp onion powder âą 6 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-strained âą Âœ cup crumbled feta âą 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped âą ÂŒ cup diced onion âą 1 tbsp minced garlic âą 1 egg Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, seasonings, spinach, feta, parsley, onion, garlic, and egg until well combined. 3. Form into meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. 5. Rinse it a few times until the water runs almost clear. 3. Flatten the rice, then use your fingertip to measure the waterâwhen it reaches your first knuckle, youâre good. 4. Set the pot on medium heat, add a teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of butter. 5. Once it starts boiling, lower the heat, cover it, and donât lift the lid. 6. Let it cook for 15 minutes, then fluff and serve. Works every time with medium or long-grain rice!

In a bowl, toss the chicken with olive oil, Montreal chicken seasoning, grated parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and Brits Cookin Cajun seasoning. If using, mix in the mayo for extra juiciness. 2. Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers. 3. Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. 4. While the chicken is cooking, mix the garlic butter ingredients together. 5. After 10 minutes, baste the chicken with garlic butter, flip the skewers, and cook for another 10 minutes. 6. Once done, brush on more garlic butter, sprinkle with shredded parmesan, and serve.

Chop the yellow bell pepper, onion, and green onion tops. 2. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the veggies and sautĂ© until tender. 3. Season with BritsCookinâ Cajun Seasoning, then add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant. 4. Pour in the white wine and let it reduce slightly. 5. Stir in the half-and-half and lobster base, mixing well. 6. Add the crawfish tails and season again with BritsCookinâ Garlic & Herb Seasoning and more Cajun seasoning to taste. 7.
