Replying to @bonnydearmond in my opinion it’s better functionality and safer.

Not how I expected our anniversary to go but there are worse ways to spend the day I guess.

It is still blowing like crazy and the wind is so loud even inside the house.

Might be delaying anniversary plans if the power doesn’t come back on.

Breakfast casserole…1lb browned sausage, cheese, 3-4 eggs, spread over biscuit dough in a casserole pan. Bake at 450 for 15-17mins. Salmon dip…8oz smoked salmon, 10ish ozs cream cheese, 1/3c or more mayo, lemon juiced, garlic, dill, salt, and splash of soy sauce (Worchestershire)
