SAVE this easy appetizer or dinner idea and make it while peaches are still in season. RECIPE below. #AintTooProudToMeg

*Note that the creamy burrata can make the pizza crust soggy when baking, so be sure to serve right away or consider a bit less burrata… OR add the burrata after baking like you would add burrata to crostini, etc. You can then layer all the ingredients over it.

INGREDIENTS
Trader Joe’s Pizza Crust
6 oz Burrata
2 slices Prosciutto
1 oz Arugula
1 Peach, sliced
Basil leaves, torn
Balsamic glaze
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Brush crust with olive oil and layer with burrata and prosciutto.* (see note above about burrata)

3. Place in oven fo 5-8 minutes or until burrata is melted and prosciutto is crispy.

4. In a bowl, dress arugula with olive oil and salt to taste.

5. Remove pizza from oven and top with torn basil, dressed arugula, peach slices, balsamic glaze, and salt.

6. Cut in triangles to serve and enjoy!

#PromotionWithColumbusBrand SHARE this New Year’s Eve Ball Charcuterie with your favorite charcuterie lover. @Columbus Craft Meats are my-go’s for serving up delicious, high-quality charcuterie and their Salame are key to making this fun NYE spread. Full instructions ⬇️ INGREDIENTS * 6 oz @columbusmeats Italian Dry Salame * 6 oz @columbusmeats Italian Dry Salame log, sliced  * 6 oz @columbusmeats Calabrese Salame log, sliced * 6 oz mild cheddar, cubed * 6 oz monterey jack, cubed * 3 oz white cheddar (stars) * 8 oz castelvetrano olives * 8 oz cherry tomatoes * A pack of star crackers (fit a few on the board then serve more on the side) SUPPLIES * Large wood board * styrofoam half ball 3.8”x7.8” * aluminum foil * toothpicks INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cover styrofoam half ball with aluminum foil, making sure to wrap the excess around the sides. NOTE: be sure to wrap styrofoam in foil prior to interacting with food. You want it to be fully covered to avoid any “styrofoam crumbs” near the food.  2. Secure foiled ball with tape to middle of the board.  3. Fold @columbusmeats Italian Dry Salame in fourths and skewer with toothpicks. 4. Skewer castelvetrano olives, cherry tomatoes, cubed mild cheddar, and cubed monterey jack. 5. Starting at the top of the sphere, line ingredients in a column: cheddar, castelvetrano olive, Italian Dry Salame, cherry tomato, and monterey jack. 6. Continue in this pattern in remaining columns, while differentiating the pattern by one ingredient to create a diagonal pattern across the ball.  7. Create a “2” and a “5” shape with the Calabrese Salame in opposing corners of the board, and a “2” and a “0” with Italian Dry Salame on the opposite opposing corners of the board to spell out “2025”. 8. Use star-shaped cookie cutter on slices of white cheddar, and place the stars above and below the ball. 9. Line the sides with star crackers and enjoy!

Simple & delish appetizer using the NEW-ish brie log from Trader Joe’s. The reason why you buy this log is because it’s the perfect shape for cutting slices that perfectly fit on a crostini. Easy recipe below: INGREDIENTS 1 baguette 1 pomegranate 1 brie log, sliced rosemary, chopped honey olive oil flakey salt INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 350. Brush the top side of each of the baguette slices with the olive oil then toast in the oven until golden brown (about 10 minutes) 2. Cut off the top about a half inch from the crown of the pomegranate. Once you remove the top, score the skin to create four sections. Carefully pull the pomegranate apart over a bowl of water. Gently pry the arils loose using your thumbs, or tap the back of the pomegranate with a spoon. The seeds will sink to the bottom. Scoop away everything that floats to the top. 3. Place the sliced brie rounds on top of the crostini and place back in the oven for approx 3 minutes (or until the cheese is melted) 4. Remove from oven, top with pomegranate arils, drizzle with honey, sprinkle chopped rosemary (forgot to show this in the video), and enjoy! #AintTooProudToCheese #TraderJoesList #TraderJoes #Imsomartha #feedfeed #briecheese

❄️🧀 Plus they’re pre-cut so easy for your guests to serve themselves a bite. SAVE & take a screenshot so you can recreate this festive snowflake Brie this holiday season. HELPFUL TIPS / INSTRUCTIONS 1. Chill Brie in the freezer for 10 min so it’s easier to cut 2. Cut brie into eighths. (Like a pizza). Wipe off knife each cut id the brie is sticking to it. 3. Within each “slice” cut from the center of the outer rim of the slice, to the center of the side of the slice (either left or right). Repeat on the other side. 4. Once cheese gets back to room temp, some of the slices may stick together, but it’s still a great guide for your guests to cut and serve themselves. I’ve been seeing this all over the place. Lmk if you know the person that started the technique so I can tag them. #ainttooproudtocheese #christmasfood #christmasrecipes #briecheese #charcuterieboard #charcuterie #thatcheeseplate

Recipe ⬇️. VIRAL Sugared Cranberries. If you’ve been around for a while, you know that I LOVE serving up sugared cranberries over the holidays. I normally use a traditional recipe (you can find on my site), however, I wanted to try the viral ones. I was expecting not to be convinced, BUT let me tell you… THEY ARE GOOD. like, might be better than the original. Not as pretty, but delicious. You can taste the soda as you bite in.  Note that I’ve also seen people use orange juice + Prosecco, but I thought it was great with lemon/lime soda. INGREDIENTS
1 bag of fresh cranberries 1-2 cans of lemon lime soda a ton of powdered sugar INSTRUCTIONS 1. Wash your cranberries with water and set aside. In a container, add cranberries and cover with lemon-lime soda. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours. 2.  Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.  3. Take cranberries out of the fridge and drain. Use a separate container and add the cranberries and the powdered sugar. 4. Coat the cranberries generously. (I think it’s easier to use a container with a lid to shake and coat the cranberries). 5. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread out the cranberries. Bake for 5 minutes, as not to “overcook” the cranberries and puncture the skin. 6. Remove from the oven, let cool, and enjoy! #SugaredCranberries #viralrecipes #imsomartha #feedfeed #food52 have you tried sugared cranberries?
