An overview of my season 1 Funko Pop designs I put all of them together at the end. Didn’t have enough images for all the outfits. Some stats. Longest = Queen Beelzebub (normal form) 5 hours 39. Shortest = Joe 1 hour 5 minutes. The first batch turned up on Monday and the second order arrived Friday, both while I was at work so I didn’t get to record until I got home so excuse the shadows Un-bagging I guess? Of the my Valentine’s/Christmas/cute Fizz pin order then my order of fanmade Pins by PeachAndCreamArtCo I really recommend checking them out even if their stuff isn’t on sale. I had planned to but from them while I could get cheaper shipping to America (I’m UK based) next month but the sale meant I saved more by ordering now. I forgot to say it in the first recording but there is a reason for the large gaps on the top Fizzarozzie board and that was swiftly filled in by the second order. Like I said I didn’t expect it to arrive so quickly. I though the other order would be with me in the next two-three weeks and decided to leave space for them ….shame I didn’t have the foresight to do that for Blitzø and Stolas… who I did after Fizz and Ozzie. Look at me on time with a trend for once! Pentious is my absolute favourite character and I was trying to think of a way to include him. Now I know two of these are snakes (that’s why I chose my online handle) but I saw someone do a snake one and it included far more snake characters. Then I realised I have a tendency to like British characters. I was tempted to include Nicholas Angel from Hot Fuzz but I’m pretty sure every character in the cornetto trilogy is British sooo (never mind that the same came be said for The Corpse Bride. Shh) If I had a nickel for every time I adored a British anthropomorphic snake that started with black scales before turning white and purple I have two nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice. As always these are unofficial fanart made by me. If you don’t see your favourite character here then I may well have already drawn them as I have covered all Helluva episodes before this one and up to episode 7 of Hazbin. When I first sketched this batch May last year (I think that’s when I decided to buckle down and go episode by episode) I only had the first four but decided to expand it. Elder Jaws (yes that’s his name) was just too funny to leave out. I pixelate that particular gesture because I know that some pops do have pixelation on them to sensor them and I found that kinda funny. Crimson 50 layers 2 hours 53 minutes Chaz 51 layers 3 hours 30 minutes Young Moxxie 27 layers 1 hour 15 minutes (he’s just a baby) Moxxie’s Mum 42 layers 2 hours 36 mins (yes I say mum I’m British) Wedding Moxxie 25 layers 1 hour 14 mins Elder Jaws 30 layers 1 hour 9 mins So a few nice and quick ones here, the children characters being smaller usually take me less time. Moxxie’s dress was simple and I could use my original drawing of him as a reference so took far less time than I thought. A lot of use of the mirror tool on Elder Jaws helped. As always unofficial art by me, not available for purchase, do not use without permission. If you don’t see a character here I may have already done them if they appeared in an earlier episode. If I haven’t done them yet I’ll get to them. These have been ready since the 2nd of February, if you’re wondering I have another batch ready and have another on the way. Guess I’ve just really been cracking on with these, which I’m not going to complain about. As for the batch itself initially I only had Pringle and humans Stolas but a friend suggested I add the CD guy. I was hesitant to include Blitzø because I didn’t want to include the massive ear disguise but those came off pretty quickly and I realised it was a good excuse to use that moment where he caught Stolas. I don’t usually used lighting or shading on my Funko Pop art apart from to distinguish separate sections of the same colour, but here I used it on Blitzø as though it would be painted on because I’ve seen that done on some blacklight and comic Funko Pops. Quite the Heavenly bunch here, which I mean makes sense for the title. If you’re curious as to why I’ve had so many of these lately I use a coin toss app and it keeps picking Hazbin (the other option being Helluva) not that I mind because I am super excited to work on episode 8. Well yesterday’s video got muted so taht sucks. This is late by my posting schedule but here: an update on my Hazbin Hotel trading card collection. I now have all the non foil cards apart from Zestial but I got his foil so I see that as a win.
